Laxfield and District Museum

The museum is located on the 1st floor of an early 16thC guildhall opposite the church in the centre of the village. Exhibits relate to rural domestic and working life in the 19th and early 20thC, including a Victorian kitchen, old toilet, shop and farm implements. Many other displays including local archaeology, costumes and natural history. Display on friaries in the area as part of 'Friars to Flyers' promotion. Booklets and postcards on sale of local interest.
